The Lighthouse Cafe is committed to serving you the very best coffees from around the world. New Day Coffee Roasters is our exclusive supplier of all the coffees served at The Lighthouse Cafe. Many of the coffees come from small, direct trade, fair trade or organic farms. New Day roasts these coffees in small batches to insure that you get the best, freshest cup of coffee possible.
The Lighthouse Cafe features single origin coffees such as:

Organic Peru Cacvra - Fair Trade
Ethiopian Natural Sidamo Fair Trade Organic
From The Lighthouse Barista's Bar we feature:
